Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Policy — Kpop-up

Pre-order items are generally processed and shipped within 5–7 business days after they arrive at our warehouse. In most cases, inventory reaches our warehouse approximately 3–7 business days following the official product release date. Please note that shipping timelines may be affected by manufacturer or carrier delays.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

You can check your order status at any time through your account. Orders containing pre-order products will remain marked as "Pre-Order" until the items arrive at our warehouse. Once they are received and processing begins, the status will be updated to "Preparing for Shipment."

Estimated shipping dates are displayed on each product page and during checkout. If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, the estimated shipping date will be based on the item with the latest availability.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
